Hello everyone, straight to the point, I thought colt stopped making the le6920. Saw a brand new one on the rack at Wal-Mart Johnson city tn. They put it out yesterday. Any thoughts?

Put it in Layaway now and get it for the 20% off deal I read about somewhere on ARFCOM yesterday for "in stock only" guns on Black Friday.

$1097 - 20% = $877 + sales tax

Not bad but PSA had 6720s two weeks ago for $799 and Sportsman's has them in stock for $819 including shipping and no tax.

Yeah, not worth the hassle...
Unless, they've Colt SOCOM + KAC rail for $899 or better w/ 20% off.

I believe you are confused.  They used to differentiate between the LE model and the SP model, I think it was.  Same rifle, different markings.  They consolidated the production line and all current production 6920 models are LE designation.  They never stopped making the rifle itself and Walmart has been selling them for probably the past 4 or 5 years.
