I am thinking about adapting a Tech Sight TSR 100 to the front of the receiver and building a clamp on aluminum front sight modeled after the AR protected profile.  Post and detent.

I would shorten the stock and thin out the profile.  I might even shorten the stock a bit so I don't have to open up the rear sight quite so much.  It will need opened up a bit for the distance from my eye.

16" barrel 11° crown.

I haven't seen one like this yet.

I might recut the rear sight dovetail to 3/8" so I can use the Tech Sight designed for the Marlin Model 60. I need to buy one so I can check the height over bore so I know if I can modify a Tech Sight front sight to fit. The rear sight will be closer to the bore than on a model 60.

For that price it had better be antique.
