I ordered two NiB BCG's on 1-4 and my CC was charged today, 3-8. 60-days really isn't too bad considering the current market. I'm guessing they will be delivered within the next 7-10 days. Will post pics when they arrive.

I ordered a black Bolt Carrier on 1/18 and just got an e-mail saying it "would" ship in 10days. From what I gather they seem to be a small LGS that also does Internet sales. With recent events they're like a single 7-11 store trying to supply the entire city of Los Angeles.

I knew I'd have to wait until spring to see my order, but I also paid $70 for a part that was marketing at 2X that everywhere else. That seems to be the trade off with Rguns: Fair prices, just don't do anything besides shut up and wait, for a few months. Unless you live in MD, MN or CO you should be cool!

I am new to this forum. I've been watching it to hopefully get an idea when my order from rguns will ship.
I ordered 2 complete uppers on 1/11/13.
No charge on my cc as of yet.
I was hoping to receive it before the end of this month so I could deliver one of them to my father-in-law over the Easter weekend but I don't think that is going to happen.
I probably won't see them until April sometime.

They look very nice. Good machining(IMO) and staking. The NiB finish is silky smooth too.

It seems that Rguns is shipping the goods but with a long delay thanks to the ban buying frenzy that hit all the dealers,
at least they are not just canceling out orders like some

I had only 10 mags on order here, 5 each for a couple of coworkers.

They are busy in the shipping dept trying to ship off the several thousand orders they got slammed with instead of sitting in front of the pc

Many dealers are having the same problems so if you wait long enough your goods will come but if
you cancel now then others will get there goods faster, one way you win and the other way someone else will.

My card was charged by rguns several weeks before shipping too but after a 2+ month wait the goods came, I still think I would wait if I were him.

The parts I ordered I don't even need now. I'm just going to save them as spares or sell them to recoup my cost from buying others. I was cool with the 2 month wait for my parts to begin the process, but when you charge my card, you need to ship my order. I am concerned because I placed two orders and received the first a week after the card was charged, so where is my other order?? That is what concerns me. As far as sitting all answering emails, don't tell me about their problem with answering 100's of emails. Other suppliers are answering questions and emails, why can't they. Hogwash!

Agreed, that IS kinda funny. AND it is why I am leaving both R-guns and Youngs the F alone and not bugging them with e-mails about my orders. The industry is awash with a tsunami of customer inquiries. I feel for them.

I just checked their web page in the complete uppers section. It now says " ATTENTION: No orders for upper receivers or parts kits will be accepted until 27 March 2013."

Looks like they might be trying to control the number of cancellation emails. Once 30 days goes by they have no more recourse for a restock fee. With the amount of web banter about people cancelling orders with them they are probably chasing their tails right now. In a way I feel bad for them, but people look up years of posts about their business practices and either don't order or freak out because they did order and cancel their orders because they don't email back right away. The way I imagine it is they have to pore over all the emails to make sure an order hasn't been requested to be cancelled before they process it. Not an efficient way to be doing business.

No doubt on the patience saving your wallet. It just sucks that the people that order and can't read slow the process down by making them backtrack to check for cancellations. They probably spend more time double checking to make sure they aren't screwing themselves than they do printing shipping labels and sending stuff out. Order, wait, don't email, recieve. Not that hard.

I just received a UPS shipping notice from Sportswereus, which I am assuming is RGUNS. I contacted them because when I ordered on 1/02/2013 I never received a confirmation email and when they responded they said then we never received your order. Now I am truly convinced they had to have been swamped when I ordered. Well at least I am going to get my M4 style rifle kit!!!!

Doesn't work that way in some processing software- it may be the label is automatically generated when they print out the invoice for packing, and it is just taking them a long time to work through the stacks of "packing" invoices.

Well I did all you guys a favor and free'd up some orders.

moe m4 carbine upper - ordered 1-13 - cancelled

(2) stripped upper/lower kits - ordered 1-13 - cancelled

tried to change my cc info because exp date was up never heard a thing.

But on the brighter side of things i ordered a 14.7 upper from PSA 10 days ago and just received shipping label info.............
