Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cerakoting with pinned and welded brake

I have a 14.5 build with a pinned and welded brake that I am looking to get cerakoted.  Will this cause any problems when it comes to coating the rifle, such as when the guy breaks it down to apply the cerakote?  I just want the upper, lower and handguard coated.

If your coater is smart they will still be able to complete the work with the pinned brake. It would just require movement of your gas tube out of the way and then removal of the barrel. The nut and gas components will still be on the barrel but it'll come apart from the upper.

Everything else is really simple.
