I'm thinking on having my Glock cerakoted, Id like to do the slide in tungsten, and the frame in Tungsten or cobalt.

My question is can the tungsten, or cobalt finish be applied to the frame without it having the metallic in it ?

+1 for that. The metallic is premixed into the color. You could try looking for another color with less metallic in it like steel Gray.

++1 Sniper Grey is what we use when we don't want it to be metallic H-234Q Sniper Grey keep in mind it won't match any metallic Cerakote
