I drop my Mossberg 500 receiver, barrel, and mag tube off tomorrow to get cerakoted. Am I supposed to leave the inside of the receiver alone or have it cerakoted as well?  I dont want the action to be super rough so not sure if I should leave it alone since everything in the receiver is already smooth and worn in (with lots of rub marks), or if I should cote it

Thanks

If it were I mine, I wouldn't coat the inside.

Coat it.  I jave done it on quite a few SA rifles/shotguns and the pros I know do it also.  If you get a factory sprayed rifle, they would have done it too.
