Can the small speckles be fixed on the surface of this gun? It is mostly on the grip handle and a small patch on the slide. Thanks in advance for your intel.

In most cases no. Off to get re plated. Couple issues. If you attempt to polish it a little you might make a shiny spot or change the hue.
The 2 tone makes it even more difficult.
However if you want to take a stab at it try to find some 4 ought brass or steel wool and start with very light pressure in the direction of the grain if any is detectable. Can add a dab of compound if it feels too rough.
Maybe even start with a q-tip and some compound first. Slow and careful wins the day. If those spots are actual pits in the finish then the only fix is a re plate..
