What on a bolt gun can't I cerakote? And how hard would it be to do myself?

Tons of DIY vids on YouTube. If you are artistically or mechanically inclined, I would think you shouldn't have too much of an issue.

Seems where most error is in not paying attention to detail (missing spots here and there) or not doing good prep work.

I recently cerakoted my Rem 700P. I did every single piece. Bolt was fine to do but just be very careful with how thick it gets. Same with the inside of the receiver. LIGHT coats and plug the barrel from both ends.
