I done a good bit of Cerakote and I'm going to do my first pattern in Kryptek. I have seen several patterns but I'm stuck on the colors to use. I want to do a tri-color and I'm thinking about using a stainless base with ODG and Black.  I currently have the colors below. I also have mixed colors before.
Magpul FDE
Magpul ODG
Armor Black
Tungsten
Titanium
Stainless
Federal Brown
Burnt Bronze
Any suggestions?

Thanks, I'm cleaning/ prepping stuff and still not quite sure , have titanium, od, flat black

Thinking and any info is welcome

Titanium base coat
Apply kryptek Stencils
Small od spots
Then finish with black and bake and peel off

Or
Titanium base coat
Stencils
Mix black and titanium
And either no od or a little again?

Found this pic searching around, sorta what I'm after ,  just not sure darker or lighter

Not sure, also not sure if I'm doing just the receivers or to do the rev 2 also? Such a nice finish on it,.lol

If I could give you some advice...I would apply at least 3 colors to the base coat before the stencils.
Then once your stencils are applied hit the colors in reverse order...(dark colors hit with light and medium colors and light colors get hit with darker colors)

This is partially thru the stenciling process....I dont have finished images yet but I can attest it looks amazing using this practice.

I cut my own stencils so i was able to make them fit pretty close to each section of the gun making the process much faster then previous guns Ive done.

I believe it was the following...

MCM Flat Desert Tan
Foliage Green
Coyete
Flat Service Brown with a little Flat Black added to muddy it up some.
