Just curious.

Unless it's recommended by the maker, no. It could break down the molecular structure of the paint and wouldn't last.

Circulating warm dry air will help things like rustoleum dry faster. Like if it's cold where you are just hang it up inside your heated house after you paint it.

In South Texas you can just put it in the back of your car, but I have put things in the oven at the lowest setting to cure them faster.  I have only used Krylon never any of the high dollar paints and they have been on my rifles for more than 5 years and  I carry them daily.

I've baked Krylon and Aervoe many times at 170' and it does fine.

You're good to go

I've put parts on my dashboard in the summer and I've hit parts with a hairdryer and never had issues.

I have heard of oven curing making finishes brittle and causing them to pop off in places but I've never witnessed it.

I've baked a few raw lowers in the oven after spraying with krylon. Usually only for like 15 minutes at 250. They actually hold up better than parts I've air cured.

paint always takes better to metal if superclean and very warm but not hot to the touch.
