So, my Paasche VL has started running an "on-off-on-off" at all pressures.  Gun is super clean....I'm running a legacy Craftsman 25 gallon compressor, good hose, and air cleaner and drier in series with the brush.  I must be losing vaccuum across the paint receptacle but i can't figure out where or how.  Does this running Gunkote, thinned Cerakote or even Acetone....

Any suggestions for a fix?

Oop!  Figured it out!!!!  The vent hole on the feed bottle was plugged.  Those caps are a bitch to keep clean when you have several projects at once!!!!

I always keep an extra bottle with clean thinner; blow some thinner to clean the color out, then transition to your next color. Then give it a full cleaning once done.

Yeah, I got really backlogged and was using cerakote which was gathering around the feed tub on the cap.....those caps can be a bitch to clean even right after painting.
