Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Aluminum Oxide Blasting Question

Blasted my stainless Ruger SP101 yesterday in Aluminum Oxide to achieve the dark satin finish.  Now, I'm kinda regretting the decision because it seems like the AO blast seems to scratch so easily.  

Would going back and glass bead blasting it essentially re-finish the surface?
