It is close, but getting the colors perfect is not easy. Mounting the scope on the forward rail probably isnt the best thing, but it lined up correctly using alignment tools so I'll will see how it works.

Pinestraw is the secret.

Basically, you cover the rifle/parts with pine needles and spray the parts through the pine needles. You can change the look by the amount of pine needles you use and the distance you hold the can of spray paint. I experimented on 2x4s and cardboard a lot before getting brave enough to spray a gun.
