I am (un?)fortunately unable to access Facebook and the image shows just how Photobucket treats it's users, in other words shows a FU message, but I am guessing this is the color wheel tech.

How would you rate it against the red tubed & objective lens filtered color NV Sentinel? Obviously the other is a bino, but performance, clarity, light loss -wise?

That's weird, I'm not on Facebook either but I am able to view their page.

Speaking of which, what is that antifa person holding in their hand in the upper right photo?

Is this compatible with green phosphorous and white phosphorous? Does it reduce your resolution?

I am assuming it is. Not very head mountable but neat nonetheless.

Thanks Vic for your thoughts compared to the "color" Sentinel.

Is there different color wheels for each phosphor? Would guess green wouldn't need green filter at the output side. Given how little green phosphors have red and blue in them no doubt the image is dimmer.

Is this practical to use with bino's? Ie. Buy one for each tube...seems like it might be rediculously bulky/heavy.

Is there some "theory" out there of how this works? A patent maybe?

There was a thread about this same thing not long ago. I think there was some info on how it worked.

I hope the final product is better looking and smaller than ColorTac's prototype

Yes, but TNVC says the production version will be much smaller than the prototype. So lets see when they can share new photos.

it is much smaller, the company making the Color tac partnered with an extremely compentent manufacturer within the NV industry and were able to lighten, strengthen and miniaturize the prototype by at least 20%. I will post a picture of the final version when i get cleared hot by higher up.

Looks fascinating and tag for more info.

Will this be compatible with a magnifier or other units?
