There's a sticky thread for this if you look on the top of the page. But my guess is it's impossible to say with more info, those contracts may be 3 different tubes, MX10160A or C or MX12389. Not any Omni most probably.

Codes on first tube kick back contract numbers from Exelis for ANVIS systems from 2010-2012.
GOV SITE

Hopefully, that's at least a start.
Shows this in details: MX-10160A IMAGE TUBE

That code search lists this ebay listing with some descriptions, they seem to coincide with gov site info on ANVIS systems.
EBAY
The MX-10160 is a Gen 3 18mm image intensifier manufactured by ITT Industries Night Vision. This Intensifier is the most widely used image intensifier and is found in the AN/AVS-6 & 9 Aviators Night Vision Imaging Systems (ANVIS)

There's a thread US OMNI CLASSIFICATIONS that lists that code in OMNI 4 & 5 sections.

Someone much smarter will be along to provide actual help.
Good luck.

ITT Omni VIII MX-10160 tubes from ANVIS.

The CAD date is just the day they were born, and shouldn't have any effect on anything as long as they match to your eyes and have the same level of use.

The OMNI 8 contract was won by L3 not ITT, so they wont be ITT tubes.

Cant imagine they would also be using vastly different tubes in a factory PVS-15. Those CAD's are pretty far apart.

Right tube:
CAGE: 13567
CAD: 1142
W91CRB-09-D-0079

Left tube:
CAGE: 13567
CAD: 1606
W91CRB-12-D-0015

Thanks you all for your responses !

Sorry I can't see NSN number on my tubes.

It's not normal to have 2 differents tube in PVS-15 binoculars?

There should be 2 identical tubes normally?

If it came from the factory then yes, but yours is most probably built by someone in the EU from close enough 10160A (or maybe C) tubes.
