Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - New to thermal, TAM-14.

So I have night vision, and I just picked up a Nivisys TAM-14 unit at knob creek for a great price as it's a nuke plant trade in unit. Having a lot of fun playing with it around the farm, But wanting to know more about thermal in general, and how well these units performed when new, I've looked at the brochure on them that another member linked me too. Just looking for more info in general on it.
