We have a bunch of photo threads for various topic -- Helmets, IR lasers, etc -- but I haven't seen one dedicated to CLIP-ON NV and Thermal devices. If there is one, please direct me to it, otherwise I thought since so many have them it would be another neat picture thread for those of us to drool over.

My two minuscule contributions (literally -- they've very small units).

Thread fail as the title needs amending to include thermal if you are tossing in UTMX's
Mine is far from small, it can actually double as a boat anchor perhaps even a hammer as it is built like a tank as they say.

Well, that settles it, those setups are amazing guys.   Good thing for me they are all illegal to use in PA for hunting or I'd be more poor lol.

L3 LWTS, I don't know where I would improve it...  it's perfect IMHO.  The Tavor w/ the thermal, PA 1-6 and an IR laser makes for a very handy and well-balanced setup.  Hoping tonight I finally get to shoot a hog with it

Missed the 14 (thought it was a magnifier at first glance) and the Vortex.

That's what I get for being hasty.

ETA: Which do you prefer, the MUNS or the CNVD-LR? Do you notice a big difference with that honkin' f/1.0 lens on the MUNS?

That ZSU 23-4 was hands down the best investment I ever made... I am NEVER on the naughty list.

ETA: I like the light gathering of the MUNS but the focus adjustment on it and size make me really dislike it, the focus adjustment on the CNVD-LR (in my opinion) is the absolute best thing going right now... its smooth and easy to find. The Legionnaire is my next favorite followed by the PVS-26. I have used the CNVD-LR with the S&B PMII up to 12-15x fairly succesfully. I have shot out to 500 yards with almost every piece of equipment I have and they all performed just fine!

Thanks, lady luck did indeed pay me a visit!  Tavor, PA 1-6 gen2, L3 LWTS clip-on, 69gr Privi...  and it was pitch dark out w/ the cloud cover, canopy, and light rain.  It was like someone yanked the carpet out from under her when that thing went through her grape.  One shot, one kill.  FIRST HOG EVER FOR ME!!  I got to learn how to skin and quarter it and got a TON on pork out of the deal!  Next time I'll have my SDN-6 w/ me so I won't need earpro

Just curious, but why so far away from your Elcan? Or was the photo just a quick snap and not where you usually have it?

This is how close I "run" my UTM and UNS:

How do you like yours?  I'm almost to the point of putting up a Christmas stocking for my LWTS, the wife and dag might look at me a little though if I did that.
