Vic Will be happening this week, the Heckler-Koch is one beautifully engineered machine. That Cerekote SOCOM Wafflefluge camo pattern is an awesome cosmetic touch too.! Ever since I handled one at the Shot Show I wanted to get one, now is the time!

While that might seem the case due to long waits based on big back logs with Mil contracts... The boys in the Mil do come first, but I understand your frustration. I can tell you I've had high level meetings with executives from L3 Insight/EO Tech and they very much care about the civilian market, thus the ATPIAL-C program. I can tell you this program was not because of dwindling Mil ATPIALS, not even close. The Insight Program Manager was incredibly excited when he approached us at last Shot Show and was VERY excited to bring these to the civilian market. Also, be aware the normal LE Officer is also considered the civilian market especially with this particular piece of kit. Individual officers will now have the opportunity to purchase these units without any red tape which is HUGE for some departments. They're other products we hope they release and also improve their wait times on other gear. Thanks for the post.

We have been receiving a few phone calls about the shipping time frame of the ATPIAL-C lasers. Yesterday we were given a firm update from L3. I felt the need to address this and post it publicly, that way, everyone can be better informed and on the same page. As always, we want to give info to our customer’s and tell it like it is, as it is told to us. We were expecting to take receipt of the first batch of the ATPIAL-C mid-November. This is exactly how it was laid out to us from L3. Things happen, and there were some delays, which I was honestly expecting. Things got pushed to what we thought would be late November/ early December. I was sincerely hoping to take receipt of the first shipment this week seeing as how we have had many customers anxious to receive them. Presently, the ATPIAL-C’s are in their required final phase of testing at Insights factory. Upon completion, they will ship. The new status is, the first batch of ATPIAL-C’s are to be shipped to us directly on December 12. We understand that this is upsetting to most of our customers. Please understand, we have done everything on our side to ensure we can expedite this as much as possible. L3 is a company that prides themselves on quality products, and they have the reputation to prove it. Therefore, the testing that occurs with each and every unit before it heads out the door is something that not everyone can understand or side with. Production delays are a setback that are tricky to work around. I don’t particularly care for them, however, that’s the way quality products work sometimes, and the ATPIAL-C being a Mil-Spec product, directly produced and taken from their Mil-Spec ATPIAL PEQ-15 assembly line, it’s no surprise the extensive testing these units are undergoing. As for the second phase of the ATPIAL-C’s, they are expected to be shipped to use before the end of the year. The excitement for the release of the ATPIAL-C is astronomical, with good reason. This is an industry first, and there is nothing else like it on the market. We want to thank each and every one of our customers for their orders, and patronage. The ATPIAL-C program was made possible, not by us, not by L3/Insight, but by our loyal customers, who continue to push us to constantly change and innovate the night vision market. For the complications, and for the wait, we have decided to include a Telluric Group IR Laser Zero Target with every ATPIAL-C, when they begin shipping.  Again, we apologize for the inconvenience in the delay. We are eager to get them in our hands as well. If you guys have any questions, feel free to contact us here, via phone, email or any of our other social media avenues. |

This situation is very similar to that of any high end product. A developer/designer/manufacturer see's the demand in the market for a product and finds a vender to deliver the product and they plan out a timeline to design, engineer, prototype, T&E, produce, QA test, and ship said product. Sometimes during the process something comes up that was unforeseen during the initial timeline projection and the delivery of the final product gets pushed back.
Whenever this happens to something I purchase, the first thing that goes through my head is "at least they found the problem now before I got mine". I always chuckle when all the hate starts flowing from people when a good product misses it's projected delivery date, but I always figure those that are upset have either never been involved in the process or have little understanding of what it takes to get a high quality product out to the market. One of the few things that pisses me off to no end is when I spend good money on a product that does not work as promised and I have be a unpaid member of the T&E department. Something I truly appreciate is when I know something I have been waiting for has been delayed because the needs of our military was put ahead of my wants. |

I'm not going to be able to take delivery the week before Christmas, if it looks like it will ship close to that is there a way I can get faster shipping or hold shipping?
My upper just came in this week and is feeling lonely without a peq.

I never asked to change anything right now, I asked if it would be possible to change when it comes time to ship if it does not fit my time table of taking delivery of the unit. That is the point of planning ahead is trying to gather options. |

I know TNVC is doing everything they can and they were always upfront about it too. None of this could have been foreseen, but most know to expect it since it is a first run and Uncle Sam is first in line. I actually feel bad for TNVC because it is outside of their control and I can just imagine the calls they get. I would disconnect my phone. I would rather the manufacturer take their time and get this right rather than all of us experiencing quality issues because it was forced out the door to meet an ambitious time line. |

TL:DR version. Been seeing a girl for a few months now. She is "jenny" in the above if you get bored and read through that thread. Great girl and all that. She wants to join the exclusiveness club together now. Sure why not, shes hot, and makes killer food. Then later on she tells me how she getting kinda nervous about being preggers bc her cycle is messed up. Apparently she took some plan b several weeks ago. I believe its just from that. I don't enjoy the being in the unknown club, so I told her we should drive by CVS real quick and put this thing to rest. She absolutely doesn't want to do that. Which somewhat freaked me out as its almost like she is too scared to find out if she is. Then I check this damn thread hoping for good news and all it did is worry me further from your post
