Assuming a guy had an ANVIS battery pack and helmet mount, is the COBB mount as pictured below the only thing required to convert PVS-5s to flip-up helmet mount NVGs?

The item description for the COBB mount in the pic is listed as "Guard mount, bracket assembly. COBB assembly, model GM-6. NSN 5855-01-300-2301. Part # 209044-100. Mfg by Litton Electron Devices. For the AN/PVS-5. New old stock. 1989 mfg."

Is there an additional harness and or connectors required to provide power from the ANVIS battery pack? Or is that part all that is needed?

Thats all you need, the PVS-5's have a small (4 pin if I remember right) connector on the inside of the current housing. Disconnect that plug, move the entire goggle assembly over to the COBB and insert the plug on the COBB mount.
