Looks like fun.

That last shot would be a really cool pic without the pig in it. I'm not saying the pig "ruins" it but it would almost be a frameable pic without it. Again, just my 02.

I was sitting on my bed playing with the scope...thought I had turned it off but didn't....put the cap on....laid it down next to me....got up and turned the lights on....picked it up later and discovered what I had done.

not sure i read it right - but are these the same tube but one tinted green ? chances of a blem exactly the same in both tubes must be very small , especially one like that on the outer edge

I think you just reaffirmed my dedication to go with L3 Unfilmed WP.

Now I just have to decide between Sentinel or DTNVG housing.

Just got a PVS-14 camera adapter for my Cannon Rebel, and have been playing around with it. I'm still trying to figure out the focus, especially when zoomed in past 1x...

Here is one that I just couldn't seem to get the focus right

Just bought one for myself and (3) for my department.   Thought I would share some pics.

A Trijicon IR Patrol 300.

Here it is on a rifle to show size

The IR Patrol 300 takes pics and vids, so....

Here are some pics:

This is a homeless person sleeping behind a gas station

The IR Patrol 300 also has three (3) different levels of Polarity.  White is hot or black is hot.   Plus edge detection.

This car in first white hot, then in black hot.  There is a shopping cart by the front fender so we get to see the contrast.

Same with this lady in the park with her dog...

This is a hay field infested with rabbits

White Hot...

Black is hot...

Or these wild turkeys by the house

--------------------

The IR Patrol 300 can be mounted forward of a red dot sight as a "Clip on" or as a stand alone sight with adjustable cross hairs.

It is rated for .223/556 and up to a .308 rifle.

They're expensive at $6200 each but oh man, they are bad ass.
