I am considering purchasing my first suppressor since 41f has gone into effect. The only person listed on my trust, other than myself, is my wife as she is the successor trustee. She has not signed anything and it is my understanding that she has no rights until after my passing. I'd like to know if she would need to be fingerprinted in order to add another suppressor. Any assistance would be appreciated.
