So I have an Aero lower that I'm going to SBR. Not quite clear on what I should put on form 1 4.a and 4.h when submitting for an individual.

Should 4.a be what Aero has engraved on the lower and in 4.h my name, city, and state that I will engrave on it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the response! That walk through was what I have been working off of as it's a great help. I just wanted to make sure I did this right the first time and 4.a & 4.h were really the only items I felt I needed to double check on.
