Even if we had the means to do it, isn't there a proper legal channel? I'm not an expert on the subject but wouldn't a department/agency have to get an SOT II to manufacture one strictly for us on the tax payers dime? Or buy a post sample? My understanding is, even LE can't just convert whatever they want.
