I sent in a form 1 in January 2017.  Is there any way I can cancel the form and get my $$ back? If so how do I go about doing this. Thanks in advance.

Call the ATF and tell them.

ETA: On the form itself, it says:

"Withdrawal of Application.
The application may be withdrawn prior to
approval by submission of a written request to the Chief, NFA Branch, 244
Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405 from the maker.  The NFA Branch will
arrange for a refund of any tax paid"
