Did a couple about a month and a half ago, took 3 weeks door-to-door.

Last year, I mailed two in the same envelope. 6 serial numbers total, for a trip that was three months away.
I received one one page five weeks later, and the other 5 months later (long after the trip), postmarked accordingly. |

My last one, December 18ish, wasn't received until January 10th. In September, it took about a week and a half. Both were faxed.

Forgive my ignorance, but do I need approval before moving said item? I will be moving in the next month, but will be in the same state.

Emailed mine to [email protected] on 1/21/217, it was approved on 1/31/2017 and I received it in the mail today 2/6/2017. Pretty good turn around.
