I never did on any of my form 1 I filled out. they all came back approved.

Should I put down PSA and their information? Yes, it's the existing SN already engraved. We used to all leave the additional info section blank on the version of the F1 in eForms. They never updated it to the pre-41F form, which is worded similarly to the current 41F forms. It says to include additional markings, including maker's name and city/state. Some people probably still leave them blank, but I've put the info I plan on engraving on the ones I've done. |
