Should I re-submit and then email Ted? You're done. No resubmission, no emailing Ted. You're going to have to start from scratch using the new forms, with prints and photos for all RPs, and your wait will start over. |

You could have got away with the resubmit/Ted email had the submission been in December, maybe January. Bummer dude.
