So procedure is the same, just fingerprint cards x2, and passport phots x 2 for everybody on the trust? Then file the CLEO notification form correct?

Kinda. click me New forms. 2x FP cards for each RP, but the instructions indicate only one photo. The CLEO notification is simply a copy of the F1/F4 and the RPQ...no additional form. Each copy of the F1/F4/RPQ has its purpose in the footer (ATF Copy, Registrant Copy, CLEO Copy,) |
