Have you called on status yet?  I keep getting "it's not in the system yet" when I call.  Today I got they are working on 3-14 checks.  Just looking to see if anyone else is hung up or should I start to look at resubmitting?

I'm in the same boat with a form submitted in late March which is not in the system yet.  Looks like patience is in order - it's going to be a long wait.

For the passed 3 weeks they have been working on 3/14.

I just want to know that I'm in the system, then I don't care if it takes a year.

That is all I care about also.  It's the first of 2 form 4's on a out of state MG and I just want the secure feeling of it in the system.

Last year I did two out of state MGs so I know how it feels
This one I'm waiting on is a can for the MGs, so not as bad not waiting on a gun!

I mailed two Form 4s in January.  Checks cashed February,  approved June 10th and arrived at FFL yesterday.

Have patience and quit calling them.

I'm still waiting on my Omega's stamp to arrive at my SOT.  It was approved May 20th and still no stamp.  I'm going to call him on Monday to see if he has the stamp but forget to notified me that he had it .  If not, I'm going to request a certified copy from the ATF.

I just got 2 stamps this week. December 15 and January 15. You have a few weeks.

As of today, still working on 3/14 submissions......been over a month to process one day of forms....pretty horrible sign.

That is what I was told on Friday as well. Wonder if that is now a standard answer much like the 5 months to receive your stamp after checked cashed.

There was a Form 4 to dealer from the first of March that was approved and received already.  

I like that thought.  Seems like we're the only two guys here that submitted around that time in March, no one else has responded

I have a 2/15 and a 4/15 out there.    My debit cards have already been deducted but i haven't called to see if i'm in the system.    Stamps 4 and 5 for me.

Based on what they're telling us you should see your 4th stamp in a couple weeks.  Might even already be approved.

How/where are you guys checking the status on your paperwork I'm finally getting read to mail my first two Form 4s tomorrow or Wednesday with four more to submit in the next couple of weeks I hope. I have no idea where to check the status of my submissions. Is it as easy as going to the BATF web site? Sorry for the thread derail.

The only way is to call the ATF. Have your serial number handy as well as the name of your trust if you went that route.

I have a Corp Form 4 that went in on 3/24 and was cashed on 3/31. I haven't called and probably won't for another two months or more. NFA tracker is saying September or October so I'm just going to leave it on the back burner until then.

The painful thing on this particular form 4 was that it came in to my dealer on a form 3 that took ONE YEAR to process. Long story short the manufacturer filled out the form 3 paperwork wrong and it got kicked back to them, then the ATF lost it when it was resubmitted and nobody checked up on it. Once the one year point came my dealer finally called everyone under the sun and the paperwork was found and pushed through. From what I heard I was not the only one affected by this and my dealer thinks the manufacturer axed the guy processing their form 3's.

Just so everyone is straight here I'm looking for Form 4's going to a SOT.   They are usually a little quicker since no background check is needed.

The crappy part is that I sent them both in at the same time on 2/15, but i forgot to mark "$200" on one form in the debit card section and had to resubmit.

Mines still not in the system, and the message has changed....
Now it says they're taking 6 months.

So they have gone from March 14th to early March?  Great they are going backwards now.

My e-filed form on 2/12 was just approved!

...with a big DRAFT watermark through the PDF.

I just used the "Ask the Experts" page to ask if they can fix it, sigh.

Not that it matters, I can't really try it out until the weekend anyway, but still...sooooo close...

Oh yeah I have all the documentation, I'm not worried about that, I just want it to be correct I've already backed it up, printed it out, saved the approved form to 3 different places with 3 different backup schedules, and am currently loading mags to take it to the range this weekend

As soon as I get the corrected form, I'll replace the saved one with it and print it out a few times, but in the mean time, this should be good enough for anyone who asks, and if they call the ATF they should get an "approved" response as well anyway.
