Honestly I'd rather the form not be approved yet, and get it 4 days after it gets approved, than to know that it's approved and get it 30 days after that date.
This is ridiculous. How does it change like this, it's like they all got an email that said screw the peasants don't drop the stamps in the mail for a month, just let them pile up! |

ETA: Looks like they'll still file Form 4's for people, so who knows. They're new business model is weird, being a distributor but yet customers can purchase direct and ship to a local dealer either in their "Powered By" network and even those out of their network via "Buy-it-Local". They're currently adored by end users, but they won't be making many industry friends. It'll be interesting how it all plays out. |
