Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - New Form 4, Still need Cert of Compliance?

Sorry if this has been asked or addressed already...I looked around but did not find the answer.



I went to fill out a form 4 yesterday and I see that there is a revised July 2014.   It looks like they changed the questionnaire to add the citizenship questions that are on a 4473.



Does this mean we no longer have to send in the certificate of compliance?

Correct, no separate CoC if you're using the new form, and you can also pay the tax by CC...
