Already have an approved form 1, now I'm rest for the second one, question is, do I used the same trust and just add the lower on schedule A, or do I need to do an amendment to it.

Yep. That's what I've done. 20+ applications and every one has has the same Schedule A just showing the initial $200 I funded it with. The updated/current Schedule A stays at home.

Yep. That's what I've done. 20+ applications and every one has has the same Schedule A just showing the initial $200 I funded it with. The updated/current Schedule A stays at home.


Yup +1. They just want to see that the trust had been executed properly and it has something in it. My first lower is on it.

That clears that up, was kind of confused when the lady that noterized the docs was saying that I  needed to do an amendment to the docs to add stuff in it.
