subguns.com board of inquiry will out any known scammers
"Form" the gun is "on" is immaterial, but most recent transfer paperwork, whatever the form will yield important information about the authenticity of the transfer. |

Best way is to use an escrow agent but many sellers won't go for that.

Post up who it is, I'd be willing to bet someone has dealt with them before, and if no one has then buy a ticket. |
