Trying to update NFATracker. Initials appear to be S.D. Don't see anyone with those initials or a shorter last name in the list.
Mailed 10/31/13, approved 07/24/14, received 07/28/14. edit: Initials could be J.D. |

The only one that is close to that is Jason Dickens......maybe he signs his name weird. You could never get my name from my signature....
