I have had two forms "pending research" since 12/2 and 12/5. I "asked the experts" and Gary Schaible told me that they are really backed up right now and that they are sorry. Just heads up, super slow. My other form 1 suppressor I put N/A for the model and it's been submitted/in process. Wish I had done that with the other suppressor. Nothing I could do on the AR lower though.

Yes, very true.....BUT we are the new generation of Americans......WE WANT BETTER AND FASTER...lolololol

We will still complain when we have 1/2 Day waiting periods.......lololol

None. I've done over a dozen so far. The only "batches" I've had approved were forms sent on the same day. I submitted some a week apart and they were approved on different days, and not even in the order they were submitted.

I submitted the SBS in Dec and was curious if it would happen. I'll admit I would've been a little upset because I submitted another one two weeks ago, but decided to do paper just to have another real stamp on a Form 1.

I really think these last couple of days with them being closed due to snow has helped the E-filers.

Late last week on NFA tracker it showed like up to Sept 22/23 or so - and suddenly they're hitting Oct 1.

I think a lot of the examiners are doing E-files from home since they're not at NFA branch doing paper forms.
