Well, I emailed Ted Clutter on 6/29 about my draft watermark on my 6/29 "APPROVED" form 1... I just checked back online now, and my form 1 is now back in submitted/in process status, and my approved form is gone! The finalized date has been cleared out.... Anyone else have that happen? View Quote Normal process when removing the draft watermark. Should be soon. |

Some might say it is an intentional slowdown This is my guess... I try not to dwell on it too much but, aside from infringing on my rights and making me pay $200.00 each time, the wait is pathetic. It seems that it should be no slower than a NICS check. I went and renewed my TSA frequent traveler and HAZMAT and had my Federal clearance letter back in less than 3 weeks. Although I love to read the excitement among the thread when ARF members are approved, at some point I hope all applicants/citizens and members will learn that the ATF is not doing them a favor by allowing them to sbr or suppress a weapon. |

My e-filed Form 1 that was submitted on 4/2 is still pending. This is my first time venturing into NFAland and I'm starting to get concerned. I called the NFA number and was basically told 5-6 months is the average and just have to wait.
Update: Guess I should have waited until the end of the day before I posted. Form 1 Submitted: 4/2 Approved: 7/14 |

Just had my 4/7 approved. Jason frushour or whatever. I wish he did batch approvals. Lol has anyone emailed clutter or asked the experts why some do batch approval and others don't? Lol I wish I could have got my form 1 for m92 approved at same time.
