I see I was wrong now.  My suppressors went "pending research" and I was expecting this SBR to do the same, which it did not, it was almost instantly in process.
View Quote

Yep, you should be good. If the SBR F1 is showing as Submitted/In Process in EForms (and thus has the Submitted watermark) you're good to go whether the email came through or not.

Woohoo! My first e-form got approved today. Went pending 10/31. Approved 12/8

SBR filed 10/31 approved today 12/8!

On a similar note SS sent me an email and my AAC Pilot 2 (7/1) was back with an approval date of 11/23!

They also emailed and said my AAC EVO9 (6/26) was back with an approval date of 11/17!

Then to my surprise was another email that said my SF SOCOM 762 (7/30) was back with an approval date of 12/2!

The ATF email was after the others came.

Yep.  I think the salad days are over or will be soon.  The word is out, more people with trusts, etc.  People I never would have believed interested enough to form a trust are surprising me by doing so.

Still, 40 days is better than 6 months

My was submitted 11/1 and it was disapproved due to a big brain fart of my part, miss the trust name, address, zip code, city and county. Resubmitting soon as I get home

I think it will level out and maybe drop slightly as they have hired more people to process them!

The last one I had approved had a name on it that was not it our ARFCOM list or NFA Tracker!

I emailed him and he added her name this AM.

If you want one, you should get it now. I think they got around 21 of them and there are a few listed here alone that were bought out of that batch. Looks like there are about 12 left. According to their FaceBook page, they are getting ready to post a batch of large frame Glock lowers if you are interested in building a 45.

QC10 makes barrels and BCG.

User "Mad-Machinist" here also makes bolts and barrels.

You should be able to build something up no problem.

so I submitted a eform 1 on 11/16 and recieve an email from the atf today. i get excited thinking my stamp went through. nope, it was another email telling me i submitted back on 11/16. has this happened to anyone else? i logged into eforms, its still showing as submitted, but i see that wolverine87 filed the same day & got his approved today. anyone have any advice? i'm worried about going back to the bottom of the pile with this new "submitted" email.

also the first automated submitted email i got had no attachment, the one i received today did have an attachment that was a pdf of my form one with a giant "submitted" watermark across each page.

thoughts?

*edit*

just received my approved email, thanks to BigWaylon for the eform guide

by the way, what happens when you e-file?

When it's approved, are you just able to download the approved document?   Or do they mail it to you?

You get an email with the approved form attached. (Or at least you should...some report they never get them).

You can also log in and view/print/save the form. Nothing comes in the mail.

I submitted two eform 1's for SBR's, one on 11/14 and another on 11/17. The one submitted on 11/17 was approved today 12/18 by Jason Frushour. The one submitted on 11/14 is still pending. Is that normal that the later one was approved first?
