Realized on or about 9/3 that I entered the caliber incorrectly. 
Let it ride (as if you have any choice). 
On 10/17 found that it was disapproved. 
Submitted again on 10/17. Thanks to help from this forum, also sent an email to a certain helpful person with the old and new control numbers. 
Approved on 10/20.

Couple of questions:
9/12 SBR efile 10/20 approved But I never got an email from the BATF stating it was approved. I went to the efile site and saw it was approved and downloaded the approved Form 1. Do I need to bother with contacting the BATF to get the approval email? Also, I filed a Form 1 for a machinegun on 9/12 which was disapproved a few days later. Not a word from the BATF on my refund of $200. How do I go about getting my $200 refunded? |
