Thank you for the quick response!

Can anyone else tell me if any of the Trust Document is required to submit to BATFE along with the Application (Form 4)?  I can't find anything requiring it.  I have previously filed under a Trust, but can't remember.  I thought I remembered having to submit a copy of Schedule A showing what Items are in the Trust.  But I can't remember and didn't find any instructions.

Anyone know??

Thanks for the help guys!

I've got a 6-24-16 F1 SBR under review right now.  Had to send in some photos of the factory engravings yesterday.  Dang Mossberg and their
MVP line of rifles.  Guess I'll know in a day or two if I filled in the right info.

You send a copy of the whole trust.

A lot of the process changed back in July.  This thread outlines the current submission procedure quite well:

Do you guys believe that 41F drove a lot of people away from filing tax stamps and that once they get through the Glut of them (Thanks Silencer shop) the times should start to drop as two things are stalling submissions, the passage of 41F and the HPA being talked about since last year?

I put one in at the end just as an FU to the ATF. 2200 central on 11 July. It was buggy as hell and kept crashing all over the place.

From everything I read and my own experience, it seems most rushed to get them in before the deadline, then nothing after or far less at least. I was new to NFA and bought 3 stamps before July, nothing since.

Absolutely.

I only know of one person who bought post 41f, everyone bought before and no one seems interested in going post 41f.

This explains the huge sales, company layoffs, etc.   There is going to be a huge drop in demand post 41f paperwork.

I'm waiting to strike soon for short wait times.  My pre 41's should be in any day now.

My last set of stamp filings were done on the 9th hour (10 mins before the mail closed), i came in after silencershop's massive delivery.... so I'm really last to the 41f deadline... and they just all went pending.

wow, that's impressive procrastination.  Did you just not care if you had to submit post-41F or do you have that much faith in the ATF IT people? Once they announced a hard date for 41F, I presumed they were just going to shut the site down for "maintenance" the last 3-4 days before the deadline just to F people.

this may be true...but this is an eForms approval thread, and therefore the question posed was about who will get the last eForm approval. Paper approvals will keep happening so long as the NFA exists, just with varying rules...eForms, IMO, is gone forever.

Received approval for my 7/5 submission, 20163211XX.

302 days from submission to approval (although 18 days were in research)

Waiting on two more 7/10 submissions that are about 8K apart from this most recent approval.

There was a 2.5K difference between control numbers from my 7/4 and 7/5 submission which took 19 days to clear. At that rate, it could be another two months ... sigh.
