I filed Form 4 the paper route and they cashed my checks the first week of May 2015, not a word yet regarding my stamps.
I filed Form 1's the paper way and they cashed my checks around the first week of July, silence. Does filing paperwork gum up the works? I had tried the web and had trouble getting into their site, I gave up and filed the old fashioned way. |

Log into eForms and use Ask The Experts. View Quote @BigWaylon I got 5 eF1s back in the last couple of days, and all of them had the watermark. Some google searches for arfcom posts found many hits like the one above....but it leaves one question outstanding: what info, specifically, does the NFA branch need from us to fix this? I pretty much sent the kitchen sink of information because I didn't know for sure. Could this be added to the faq? I suppose it won't matter for much longer with 41F, but i found lots of different / incomplete answers when trying to find the scoop this morning. |

View Quote In eForms, they'll obviously know who the applicant is. If you choose to email [email protected] (which is the answer they often give over the phone), I would include: - applicant's name - permit/control number - serial number Due to try short time period left for eForms, and the low number of people that probably ready FAQ/stickies, I'm not sure it's worth adding at this point. Those pieces of info should allow them to confirm they have the correct form. |

perfect, thanks. I did use email...used the nfa email address and the eforms request one as well. Hopefully it works. It's nice that they tend to be pretty quick with fixing these. I imagine "the new guy" or an intern gets stuck with this duty. Prolly pretty boring, lol!
Anyway, if the email doesn't get me any joy, I'll try the ATE in eFroms. thanks much! |

BTW, they still haven't fixed my draft watermark issue...but also, if you look at the forms they have a signature / approval date on them, but they are still in the "submitted/in process" section of my eForms, as apposed to the "approved" section, is that normal? Do all 'draft issue' forms stay there until fixed?

What's funny is that all my forms are now signed by Ted...but back-dated to when the other person originally approved. I don't really care, I just thought it was funny. |
