THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
My local dealer said I needed to send a copy of my trust with my form 4. Is this true, I didn't see any thing on the form about it, but I don't want to hold up the process.

Yes you need to send a copy of the trust so they can verify it is a valid trust the item is transferring to.

No problem. Also include a copy of the schedule A with the item being transferred listed on it.

No.

Include a copy of the Schedule A? Yes.
Include the item being transferred on the Schedule A? No.

j. Transferor. The registered owner of a firearm who is applying to transfer it.

Apparently this may differ then. The examiner for our store requires it, and the old examiner did not. So I guess it depends on the moment.
