THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT No change on the Prodigy, but I was told that the TiRant had a second pending date of 7/30. Looking at other threads it sounds like this might be a good thing, but I wonder why the second one sounds like its going through first? If its about to come back....Happy Birthday to me!! ETA...Pickles is my examiner. ETA....Correct second pending date |

Very interesting. Keep us posted. Im sure someone will chime in with info where this happened to them. There was a post about this same thing about a month ago. I cant recall the results however. I dont think Pickles is working on March pendings yet. I wish he was,lol.

I asked about the second date, and was told that it meant that the RA (research assistant) was through checking my forms for any errors and they were onto Mr. Pickles desk for approval.
I just found it to be kind of odd that my second of 2 forms was the first to make it there. |

I have 2 cans that went pending on 3/20
I would like to thing they will be approved any day now but a call last week stated to expect it around September. |

I called a few minutes ago because I wasn't exactly sure of that second pending date. Turns out second pending was actually yesterday 7/30! I was also told it should be approved within 30 days.

Wow they told you within 30 days, I have one pending 3/22 and was told today sometime in october if your lucky.

5 or so months from original pending date is the norm and dropping....been seeing a lot of 5 months from arrival lately..... |

My second pending date was 7/9 and the ATF told my dealer within 30 days. My dealer got the stamps for my suppressors back on 7/20. You should see your stamps pretty soon.

I was at my dealer today checking on a form 4 (4 1/2 mos pending) for a suppressor and a form 3 he is waiting on approval for a factory colt 6943 so we can start the form 4 process. He said form threes are taking as long as 6 weeks, but he had a form 4 transfer from out of state that took only 5 weeks, figure that one out.

Wow, guess im just having the worst luck. Still waiting on feb pending, and a couple in march. Call and check and get stock replys of 6 months, to not expect anything till end of september or october.

I had a second pending date due to having my forms corrected.
It was approved within two weeks of being received. |

Dana Pickles is supposed to have TN, but he ddn't do any of my last three...two (including one I got yesterday) were by Santamaria, who supposedly isn't there any more? Hey, as long as it's got a stamp and is legal, I guess I don't care if Pepe LePew signs 'em...
