I just got an email that my Sparrow I bought online has shipped to my FFL. It will be exactly four weeks door to door for my Form 3. Maybe things are starting to improve?

I just called them with a question about who receives what stamp and in my questioning I had him check on the status of my PSD which went pending 1/25/12 and he said you should see something by August, then I asked/told him, "Well I hope its sooner than that since the stamp I just got approved on only went pending two weeks earlier than the PSD." He started laughing and said "yeah you might be right." It is getting better.

Any idea if the help, is helping form 3's or what is normal for a form 3 right now? I have 2 cans that both had the forms started a bit over a month ago so was wondering how much longer to expect.
The wait for the form 1 is surprisingly easy. The cans that I had to wait over 2 months to get in stock then get transferred I feel more impatient about. |

I called today to get my pending date, it's been 90 days since I sent it in, I was told the wait time is six months.

The check for my SIG 556 SBR form 1 cleared yesterday. Since pending dates seem to be running about a month after check clearance, I suspect I am looking at a January 2013 approval.

I had one that I signed 11/16/11 come back approved 4/26/12 by Farris. Actually it was two of them for the same customer. 2 weeks later had one from 11/30/12 show. THere are others that went in before that we are still waiting on. One poor guy is still waiting on his Gemtax can from last year. The Troopers had a Sgt sign on it instead of an Lt or Captain. |

My trust SBR form 4 that went pending 1/9 came in Saturday. My dealer tried like hell to get me to come pick it up yesterday, but his hours and mine conflicted. I told him that I've waited more than 7 months since I ordered the rifle, two more days won't hurt.
I lied. They've hurt a lot. 
Stamp #8 is done. Now if my Tirant 9 would ever show up, I could start #9. |

Newest form went under 5 months from pending to approval =) Looks like things are speeding up :) At this rate, I should have my RDIAS for my AR15s in just two more months!!

My form 4 went pending 1/6. I called Friday, the 15th, and the guy I spoke to told me it was still pending, and expected in July.
 I called today and a much better guy told me that it was approved the 14th.  |

I called to check on the status of a form 4 a couple of years ago and was told I was still pending. A couple of weeks later, my stamp showed up. I was approved two days before I called and told I was still pending. |
