Yes, WA state just legalized the use of legally-owned suppressors. WA has a ban on MG, SBR, and SBS unless you had possession of them before some date in 1994. This doesn't mean if it was manufactured before that date that it is legal, you had to actually have it legally possessed before that date. From my understanding there are very few MG, SBR, and SBS that are legally owned in the state, if they sell them they must go out of state and can't even stay within the state.
