I'm having the same problem with my 3/10 form 4 approval. I called the ATF on April 1, the lady said they have 10 business days to get the stamps in the mail after approval. The stamp should have arrived at my dealer by now.

Well, called ATF to ask where my two approved form 4's from March 2, 2016 where and they said, I now need to get the dealer to email or fax them a request for a "Certified Copy".
 Worst part they said could take another 2-3 weeks to get the copy out! WTF!
I truly believe they approve forms and deliberately don't send them out and make the dealer request for Certified Copies which ads more time to delay in getting the Approved Form 4's! Pretty sneaky if you ask me! I think after this two I'm REALLY done! |
