Model: FNH PS90
Type: SBR Form submitted: 9/4/2014 Form approved: 10/9/2014 Days: 35 One note- there was a thread around here where ATF was disapproving eForm 1s where the caliber was listed as "5.7x28" as opposed to the "correct" "5.7." There's actually a page on their site that instructs people to do so. I do agree that when speaking strictly about caliber "5.7" (or 5.56 or 7.62) is correct (and I did have some heartache about finding that out after my form was submitted), my form went through fine. Maybe ATF recognizes the erroneous case length addition or maybe I had a approving official that let me off the hook? Either way I'm excited. |
