You need to understand how the forms are processed. When you mail in your form, it doesn't go to NFA, instead, it ends up at a BOA branch. They took the check out of the envelope then forward the forms to NFA. the pending date is normally the date BOA deposits your check. It may take couple months for NFA to enter your form into their system, but they would backdate the pending date to when they took your money, plus or minus a few days. |

Check cashed for paper F4 on my trust on 6/25 or 6/26 of 2016. Approved 3/29/17, received stamp 4/3/17. The check for another paper F4 on my trust was cashed 7/6/16. Who knows when that'll come back. Then again, I submitted 2 F1's (trust) for SBRs at 7:30p and 8:30p on 7/11/16...

Went to pick up my
Phantom Titanium 308 TI Rant 45 Griffin Resistance 9mm That the stamps came in yesterday to my dealer. While I was there the mail ran. You won't believe this. I got another stamp in while I was there picking up my suppressors listed above.
My stamp for the Griffin RSTA came in the mail while I was there. So I left with 4 suppressors today

How do you check on your forum 4s is there a atf web site you can go to. That you can look up the status of your forum 4 to see if they are pendind and approved.

Form 4 trust. M110 can through capital armory. Submitted 6/23/16. Still waiting. 292 days and no word. I'm going to give the ATF a call tomorrow. Last time it took 1 month from approval until I heard my stamp was there. Only one more after this. My NT4 submitted nov 1.

I called the ATF this morning for a F4 can that was mailed just prior to the 41F cutoff and went pending 7/18. Stephanie told me that they are currently 9-10 months out from the pending date. That means I should get approved somewhere between 4/18 and 5/18. It would be great if this is true, however I won't be holding my breath.

Yea mine was mailed June 24 so probably didn't go pending until July 24. As of this morning still pending. We will see 12 month wait times no doubt. I expect my m110 can by June this year. It would be nice if there was a huge drop off after 41p and times dropped back to 3 months.
Privatize the NFA branch and you would see wait times at 24-48 hours. |

this is such bullshit.....
form 4 trust purchased 6-7-16 pending 6-21-16 approved 3-20-17 (1 day short of 9 months) stamp STILL not recieved. still havent gotten an email or call from Capitol Armory saying its in yet. i see many many people who have their stamps in hand that were approved after me. |
