when moving states does anything (other than a move form to the atf 5370 or whatever- brainfart) need to be done? (silencers only)

when buying more suppressors or form1 sbr'ing something do you need to have a notarized amendment to add them to the schedule A?
do you need to keep all previous copies of schedule A or can you just pen in or reprint with new items the schedule A?

when changing trustees do you need notarization? trust made in utah, changes would be made in fl most likely if the move happens.d
