The #11 nipple that came with my T/C Hawken was too large in diameter and it was difficult to fit the #11 cap. I don't know what brand it is. I bought a T/C brand #11 nipple and it lets the cap seat much better. I am using CCI caps. Hopefully I won't have a lot of misfires now. T/C brand in photo.

Nipples and caps come in different sizes just have to figure out what fits what. Stuff for 209 primers is so much easier to deal with.

There is also variation between the cap manufacturers.

Shot my Hawken with a new T/C nipple today. Had no misfires. With 60 grs of 2F, there is almost no recoil.
