How much will a full value wind push a .50 caliber Shock Wave bullet?

I was zeroing my TC Back Diamond yesterday in the wind, and felt like I was chasing the wind around with the scope. I went  from dead on at 50 to 4 inches right ( downwind) at 100, Adjusting seemed not to have an effect, then jumped right.

Scope is a reliable ( so far) Nikon,

Would a 10 mph crosswind push 4 inches at 100?

Seems like a lot to me.

Anybody have the skills and knowledge to help me sort this out?

Plenty of ballistics calculators out there, I have an ap on my iPhone that works fine.

You'll need, at a minimum:

Bullet weight
Bullet Ballistic Coefficient
Muzzle Velocity
Wind speed

For me, Barnes 250 gr. ML bullet at 1800fps, BC of .207, 10 mph wind at full value is 3.0" at 100 yards.

Temp, humidity, height above sea level, etc. all come into play.
